How to Manage Your Tifo Store

My Account > Create Store
A store can only be created by the Super Admin, which is the person who created the club. If the club was created using the app, then the Super Admin will have the option to create the store by signing in to the website and navigating to the My Account page.

Dashboard
The store Dashboard is the default landing page displayed when the club’s Super Admin signs into the website. It displays a summary of store activity, prompting the administrator to take action.

Storefront Settings
When setting up a store, you will first want to configure basic settings. This includes uploading a store logo and store banner, setting the store name, and defining the location of your store. If you do not have a physical store, then at least fill in the city, state/province, and country of your club. This will be important if you must charge taxes for items purchased through your store.

Policies
Here you can enter shipping, refund, and exchange policy information for your customers. This information is displayed in the product details of each product.

Billing
You will then need to configure Billing. This defines how you get paid for products you sell.

Billing (continued)
Currently, Tifo uses Stripe to process all credit card transactions for purchasing products through your store. Select Stripe and click the “Connect with Stripe” button to get started.

Stripe
You will need to have an account with Stripe that is linked to your bank so that Stripe can pay you for items purchased through your store. If you do not already have a Stripe account, you will be able to create one using this interface. If you have an account, you will be able to link it here.

Disconnect Stripe
If your Stripe account is connected, and you would like to disconnect it, go to the Billing page. There is a button which will allow you to disconnect.

Shipping By Zone
The shipping settings allow you to define the shipping zones and their associated costs. For instance, if you have one rate for continental United States and a different rate for Hawaii and Alaska, this is where it gets defined.

To add a shipping method to a zone, click on the zone name. On this screen, you have the option to further refine the area of the shipping zone and/or set the cost of shipping for the zone.

In this example, the rate to be set will only apply to the United States shipping zone and specifically to Ohio. Click “Add shipping method” to proceed to setting the method and cost.

Add Shipping Method
Select a shipping method and then set the cost for that method. Repeat the previous steps to add more shipping methods for shipping zones.

All Products
This page displays all the products available in your store.

Add Product
To add a product to your store, select Product Manager from the side-menu and click “Add Product”.

Select from one of the predefined categories. If the categories we currently have do not suit your product, please contact us to add a new category.

Stats / Reports
The Stats / Reports Overview displays a summary of the sales, orders, customers, and gross earnings within a defined date range.

Orders
Given a date range, you can search orders and access details for each order.

Payment History
Given a date range, payment details, including Net Earnings can be accessed through the Payment History page.
